Week 2 – Lana Del Rey EP

Lana Del Rey has an insane amount of hype right now, but I just can’t buy into it. Listening through, there’s no denying her talent; her voice has amazing range, and at times it feels like she’s channeling Stevie Nicks or Nancy Sinatra. However, it’s just missing… something. I wasn’t blown away, but it does make me curious to hear the full-length later this month; hopefully that will live up to the hype.
