Mission Statement
One album a day, for 365 days. I mean well. I swear.
I love music. More and more every day I’m finding that there’s another artist, or another genre that really catches my ear in the best way. My career thus far has been what it is because of music, and music will continually fuel my passion as I continue further down my career path.
Initially, I tried to write one full (500+ word) album review a day. That goal chewed me up and spit me out. So the redux: short and sweet blurbs about what album I listen to each day. Nothing fancy. It won’t help my writing skills, but it will help me keep up with this blog.
Even in the worst possible situation, I’ll still have listened to 365 different albums, from front to back. No matter what, that kind of expansion in my musical IQ is something I’m looking forward to with an open mind and a single listening ear.
